DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

If the jewelry you have purchased is in stock, we will mail out your order within 5 days. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know delivery timing. It usually takes between 1 and 3 weeks to make an item. Of course we will do whatever we can to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Please contact us to to discuss your timing at info@masdesigns.com. We appreciate your patience while waiting for your handcrafted piece of MAS Designs jewelry.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We hope you love your MAS Designs purchase.  However, if you find that you must return it, please email us at info@masdesigns.com to receive an Return Authorization number within 7 days of receiving your item. Please mail your item back to us by FedEx or UPS at your cost. All merchandise must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. Once we receive your item we will issue you a credit, exclusive of the mailing costs.

If you would like to exchange your item, please email us at info@masdesigns.com within 5 days of receiving your purchase, and we will be happy to work with you to coordinate an exchange.  We do want to make sure that you are happy with your MAS Designs purchase.

Due to hygienic reasons earrings are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All custom orders, sample sale, promotional and discounted jewelry are final sale.

Please do let us know why you would like to return or exchange your purchase. It helps us with future product development.

JEWELRY CARE:

To help your jewelry retain its’ beauty and character, do not expose it to water, lotions or perspiration (especially when working out or playing sports).  

Gently clean your gold pendants with mild dish soap and water. Clean your silver pendants with silver polish and a soft cloth. Clean your beads with a soft cloth. Store your jewelry in a protective case or pouch.

REPAIR & PLATING:

We provide free repair on any item damaged within 30 days of purchase. Please email info@masdesigns.com for a Return Authorization number, and to discuss the repair.  Please return the item by mail, FedEx or UPS. We will refund you the shipping charge.

If your jewelry needs repair after 30 days of purchase, please email info@masdesigns.com for a Return Authorization number, and to discuss the repair and determine a cost. Please return the item by mail, FedEx or UPS, with a check to cover the labor, materials and shipping (we will let you know the cost).

We warranty our gold vermeil plating for one year.

If you would like your gold vermeil pendant re-plated after one year, please email info@masdesigns.com for a Return Authorization number, and to discuss the cost to replate. Please return the item by mail, FedEx or UPS with a check for replating, shipping and handling (we will let you know the cost).

Please remember that we strongly suggest that you do not expose your MAS Designs jewelry to water, lotions or perspiration (especially when working out or playing sports).  Store your jewelry in a protective case or pouch.

Most orders are shipped UPS Ground unless specified. Customers can track the shipments at www.ups.com. We offer free ground shipping for orders over $150.
