It certainly has been a rough year. And I welcome the new year with the reality of vaccines and the possibilities of good health and hope for all. One of the hardest parts of this year has been not being able to be with you; I’ve missed the eye-to-eye contact, the hugs and the life-catchups. But you guys were there for me and for MAS, and I am grateful for every warm message, like, share and purchase.

Over the past year, we introduced new designs (did you catch the Wave and Luck designs and our super popular Power Bracelets?), leveled up our packaging (gorgeous!) and invested in social media (did you notice the ads?). We continued to have fun and laugh a lot through zoom, and in our backyard “E-suite” meetings. We hope you noticed more MAS in retail stores, please stop in and shop – we love our retail partners (you can find a list of stores here).

Our MAS community continued to swell hearts by raising funds for COVID health workers, food for shelters with Kate Kares, Heart of the Hamptons and Tamara Mellon, and the Anti-Defamation League’s school program called No Place for Hate. As in the past donated to Play 4 Pink, Lustgarten Foundation and child poverty. We partnered with Dr. Beth Ricanati for a fundraiser challah bake – that was fun! And Elizabeth Savetsky was brought to tears over our Jewelry with Meaning which she proudly wore to a Fertility Program, we can’t thank her enough for her MAS love. Thank you to you for supporting these causes by shopping particular pieces of jewelry. 

The business has expanded into a small team of women who are smart, creative and highly organized, and best of all, they get my (virtual) sense of humor, or is that my sense of (virtual) humor?! You’ll be hearing more from each of them, so keep an eye out for Christine and Zoe.

We have lots in store for the upcoming year, new designs, more color and the introduction of traditional jewelry techniques melded with metal clay art (which I love). More videos, How-To’s and Excitement (giveaways, collabs). We can’t wait!
